This heat press has worked really well for the past year, and when part of the mug press attachement melted, I reached out and they had great customer service and offered to replace the part. I would deffinately recommend this product to any crafter looking for a good quality, cheaper alternative to the expensive Cricut heat presses.

This item was easy to set up and use within minutes of unboxing it. I made many, many shirts with it before deciding to upgrade the size of my press. This machine heated well, and pressed perfectly. No complaints, would buy again.

I wanted to start making T-Shirt for family because we have athletes in our family from football to Track and buying shirts at $20 to $30 dollar gets expensive. So I said why can't I do it myself. I am learning but I have to say that the press is easy use. I havent used the cup or the hat press yet but I am excited for all the many DIY project to come. I would recommend this press

let me tell you i was gonna originally buy the cricut press. I'm so glad i didn't! This does way more then that press. this one has a shirt, cup, hats and plates. it so easy to change each part you want to use. a basic L key. i haven't had any problems yet! must buy!!

Its smaller that it looks. I have used it once .will update when i have used it more. Seems to be a really good machine. Just wanted something a little bigger.

I love this heat press it has number one money maker for my small business! The only reason I have to buy a new one is because the size is small!

Small foot print made it easy to find a home in my workshop. Works like a champ. Heats up fast and true to temp.
