Very easy to setup and use. No installation. Just plug in and go.Love the way it swings away so no chance of burns. Good product.

The unit shipped and received quickly. Set up was pretty straight forward, I watched YouTube videos on how to use as well. I have had it for about a month now used it many times for t shirts and caps no issues. I have not used the plate and mugs components yet. Overall in my opinion it was a great purchase.

I just sold my press from HeatPress Nation and thought I was buying the top of the line according to the reviews. That machine was so difficult to open and close> i was also afraid I was going to burn myself because the top was hot! This one opens and closes like a breeze with the touch of one finger. The top is cool to touch. My items were not scorched either like the other machines that I could not determine the temperature control. I cant believe how great this is. It really looks great too. I love the way it lights up.

Thank only wishes it opened higher. But other then that this is a great product for the money
