We replaced a shelving unit not designed for 5 gallon water bottles with this one which also freed up some space in the room. Please see picture. It works great and is very sturdy after assembly. One minor complaint is that the bolts to fasten the frame together are silver. I would have preferred them to be black to match the black frame. I assembled the frame with the bottles slanting upward. You can assemble the frame with the bottles slanting downward, but I would not recommend that as occasionally water bottles do leak a bit and having the bottles slanting upward minimizes the leakage. I would strongly suggest that you always put the full bottles on bottom to make sure the frame is weighted at the bottom. This reduces the likelihood of the rack toppling over and injuring someone. The handles on the water bottles are not easily accessible when in the rack, so you will need to use the included blue water bottle handle to safely pull out full water bottles. In the picture, this handle is hanging off the rack at the top left. I thought this water jug rack was very reasonably priced, of good quality and freed up room for other uses. It deserves its five star rating.

This 5 GAL water bottle holder was super easy to assemble, and it allows me to store 4 bottles in the same space where I would normally store 2 when I was standing them directly on the garage floor. The included bottle handle makes it easier for me to get the bottles out of the rack and into the house (though I will still make my hubby do it whenever possible). If nothing else, it keeps the bottles cleaner as I always buy 3-4 at a time and just swap them out when I load the last bottle onto the dispenser.

Simple to assemble with a single size allen wrench and single size of screws. Good textured paint gives a little bit of grip and when loaded up with full water jugs, the frame flexes a little more than expected. After initial use it seems like this stand will be sturdy enough to last a long time if handled with care. Minus 1 star for price, at $40 I would expect a slightly more ridged design.

It's one of those things that you don't know you need until you see it. As soon as I saw the rack, I knew I had to have it! We don't trust our water company and at any rate, we don't like drinking chlorine! So, we get reverse osmosis bottled water at the supermarket and the health food store when we buy food and vegetables for juicing or whatever. It's much cheaper than the delivery service and we're regularly at the markets anyway. So, we have 10, five-gallon jugs that are always in a state of empty or full all over the place. The full ones get lined up in the hallway. The empties get stashed here and there and everywhere. It just contributes adversely to the chaos which is our lives. Now in the garage by the kitchen door stands this big, strong 10 jug rack with all the bottles, both full and empty stacked so neatly and securely in their bombproof steel rack. It almost makes me feel like I'm an organized person! What a pleasant change! One down… a hundred more battles to go! Oh, those jug handles that come with it are very handy too!!! Like I said, the rack is made of really strong steel. It's not flimsy in any way whatsoever. It was easy to put together too and now stands there taunting me every time I pull into the garage to make the rest of the house that organized and uncluttered!!! It's very reasonably priced for what you get too. One thing I did which I highly recommend to everyone also is to sink a couple of strong screws into studs at the top of the rack on each side, and use bailing wire to firmly affix the top to the wall. Earthquakes happen and it would be disastrous to have that thing loaded with full jugs come crashing down! Great rack. Well engineered. Durable paint. Would I buy it again? Absolutely!

Great product. Easy to assemble. Very slimeline, fits in the space I need perfectly and saves so much space!
