Bath came well packaged, once we got it set up and leveled it works like a charm! We did buy a longer drain hose to reach our drain, but otherwise works perfectly.

I would rate this product an 8.5 out of 10. The unit came unassembled. Easy enough to assemble if you are handy. Quality is Very good. Durable, and well designed. we are an animal shelter and use the tub a lot. Welds on the base and tub are well done and clean, no burs or dangerous edges Pro's- easy to assemble, easy to use, very durable, convenient all in one design Con's- comes unassembled, very large packaging, The drain is not the best, (we replaced it with an aftermarket product) Steps up to tub are a bit flimsy for very large dogs,

The sprayer handle is small and not overly sturdy.

We absolutely love our dog wash!! It fits our lab, and small dogs. We have used it for washing our coolers out as well. Wished we would of got it sooner...LL

Tub itself is decent for the price. There were NO step by step instructions on how to assemble the tub; thankfully my husband is mechanically able to figure it out. The page that lists parts was written in" broken" English. Our main frustration regards the shipping. It took nearly a month to receive it, as it had to be transferred to different shippers who weren't equipped to deliver to a residence.

The only videos I hav seeen on this product show the hot and cold water hookup there is no mention of the drain hookup. I saw what appears to be a a possible pump underneath in a picture but not description about it. I imagine that since it is somewhat mobile, that there would need to be something at the drain to get the water out but I do t want to spend the money only to find out that I need figures something out on that end

I haven’t got to use it yet. But it was easy to put together. Can’t wait to put it to use.
