High quality and simple to use

We have received 2 of these, 1 was a replacement to the first one. They both leak water all over the place. Complete junk it seems.

I will be requesting a refund if this product. It was advertised as being a commercial product, yet the very back says “for household use only.” This came up as an issue with our Health Department upon inspection during 1st time we went to use it. Then, the edges of the soup pots and the holes are so sharp that 3 of my staff members sliced their hands the first time they went to clean the product. Pls issue refund to the card that I used to pay for this or provide a shipping label for me to return this for a full refund. This was complete false advertisement.

We have had this over a year and use it daily, well 6/7 days a week. The bain marie has started to disintegrate inside due to calcium buildup and overuse I'm guessing. But it gets used pretty hard in a restaurant. Our last one, the two pot option lasted three years before we purchased this one, so I'm hopeful this one keeps going.

One soup container was dented, so I took two stars. Wish it came with ladles. Other than that it works well.

Love it but it has slot of sharp edges. The pans will cut you as you wash them. But I love the product

If your item arrives and it is defective. They will ask for a video, then for the S/N, then for a picture of the front, then to use a pen and mark where it is leaking from and then to see if there is a hole inside. Regardless, I bought the item it is defective swap it out. It has been the longest most frustrating process.

I have used kettle after kettle for our soups and I will never purchase one again. This soup warmer has increased my sales with our soups. No burning of soup. Less waste, more profit. Great item.
