The key switch stop working.I have to shut the machine off With the emergency shut down button. I would like a response, for possible reimbursement Is four parts

It came in nice shipping shipping team was very helpful getting it into my garage…The issues came upon setup there was no installation software with the machine I have to purchase a copy of lightburn so could get the machine to work but I still do no have the drivers from the manufacturer for the machine after getting lightburn to work the y axis kept getting stuck after hours of troubleshooting I noticed a wire was loose from the factory once I tightened it the machine is now working properly the machine has great potential Buyers just really need to look everything over very carefully the air assist is seemingly weak at best you will definitely need to upgrade it at some point but for now it works I can engrave clear glass and acrylic now!!!

The exhaust tube goes IN the machine! It’s more like a filter tube. So the reviewer who said it falls of, well duh you’re not supposed to put it somewhere on the outside. Second, every CO2 laser engraver needs its mirrors adjusted after you receive it. It’s impossible to do this in the factory and then ship it. You have to calibrate it yourself, which is not hard, but you have to do it. Don’t buy something you know nothing about and then complain.

i bought this hoping it would help my business. AVOID THIS MACHINE AT ALL COSTS IT IS TERRIBLE NOT Aligned ! customer service is trash for this much money there should be someone to talk to.... no help at all do NOT BUY THIS MACINE

I REALLY wanted to like this laser. On paper, it has all the feature I'm looking for at a great price. There's one problem: THERE IS NO SUPPORT!!!! The user's manual is less than worthless. It only has superficial information like "put water in, turn it on". Any technical support questions take at least 4-5 days to reply. When you ask the Chat support ANYTHING, they simply send you the SAME WORTHLESS manual in PDF format! I should have save my money and bought a more established brand that provides basic support in under a week. In English!

Great laser, great pricing, to my surprise - absolutely amazing support! Obviously, not native English speakers, but this caused no issue whatsoever. They immediately identified my problem from my description and video, then responded with a description, a video and picture that showed the exact issue and how to resolve. Laser is excellent quality, needed mirror adjustment and cleaning, but these are minor things - and honestly standard. My only complaint, and I mean only complaint, is that it doesn’t work with LightBurn. I could change the controller, cheap and my total cost would still be less than any other machine I’ve found! Excellent quality and price, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a K40 laser!

After numerous youtube searches over the years on K40's, i was preparing myself for really anything and prepped to do a lot of work once the laser got in. unboxed the laser and was ready to do design another exhaust, align the lasers and do the few hours of work i've always seen... However, this was completely different. The exhaust was a really great PC style fan that's in the machine itself and was a full metal enclosure, not the plastic external exhausts you see on most of them (the ducting is, but that's perfectly fine). the pump hooks right to a threaded connector on the machine itself and turns on as soon as the machine comes on to keep the machine protected. I got all of that work done and started aligning the laser.... on every corner it hit the same spot on the laser head itself... IT WAS ALREADY ALIGNED! i then did a ramp test to gett he proper distance from the head itself and did my first few tests and honestly... from unboxing, setup, and sending files i was up and running within an hour. The only things i'm adding onto this machine are an air assist, laser diode to see where i'm about to slice as well as an ammeter to see the actual power i'm outputting. But in reality, this machine is setup and ready to go right out of the box. Uploaded a photo of my first test 1) the honeycomb bed does not come with this machine, but was only $20 on another website 2) i made a basic sketch and cut out the top piece above the cats head as a one test and then was in the middle of engraving a cat when I had to leave my house and obviously couldn't keep it going without keeping an eye on the machine. 2.5) i was running a bit too slow, but as a quick test, i'm throughly impressed. 3) from someone who owns other CNC machines, this was just fantastic right out of the box. I would not hesitate to ever put down money on another one of these.

I love this laser! It arrived a few days earlier than expected and the packaging was perfect. I highly recommend this!

Can’t wait to really get into this machine and do some larger projects. Absolutely love the room to work on things.
