Great little saw runs great the only problem I had was starting the oil and fuel caps .The threads need a chamfer to line up better.

I bought the chainsaw. It will not crank. At all. Brand new Does not seem to be getting a spark to the plug. Gets gas, no spark Customer service is a huge hassel.

This is a good running chainsaw. The problem is with the week chain. It was ruined my a mesquite tree, beyond re-sharpening. There is no local replacement for these chains. The 20" bar is 1" shorter than every other brand of chainsaw bar. I had to buy a new bar to get a readily available chain to fit. Still not bad for the money.

It runs awesome im very happy with it having a hard time getting the gas cap to stop leaking but besides that it will out do my old sthil

I have had this chain saw for over 4 months. I looked up every youtube video i could find about how to start a chainsaw and still cant get this thing to start. It does not have a primer to it so I am having no luck with getting it to start. Bought the fuel and oil online to go with the chain saw so I know that's not the issue. Great price, just wish it would work.
