Great lots of power

Even though the frame number was the same, the foot is set different in reference to the end of shaft .The sheave could not be positioned for proper alignment using the provided bolt holes. I made it work, but I wouldn’t recommend this motor for an IR 80 gal. air compressor. The motor does perform satisfactory. I was n a bind, so I couldn’t send it back

Great electric motor for the price, came quicker than i expected and got my shop up and running in no time.

After waiting 2 weeks for it to show up after it disappeared into the aether between them and FedEx it finally got to me. Customer service was generally unhelpful. I was pretty pleased with how the motor was crated up for shipping. The motor arrived with some scuffing on the motor housing from the factory as that was covered with Styrofoam when i opened it up. That doesn't bother me much long as it functions and its not bare metal to rust. It definitely seems under powered compared to the 7.5hp US Motors unit it is replacing, so I'm not sure I buy that it is truly 7.5hp itself. That said, it does spin up and drive the air pump on the compressor as it should if slower. We'll see about longevity. If it lasts a while I would buy it again for the price. Still planning to see if I can get the older and better original motor rebuilt.

Item was affordable, $145 versus the $775 I was quoted for a replacement air compressor motor. Compressor is old and wasn’t worth spending that much on. The Vevor works well, ships fast and I’ve had zero issues with it!

Time will tell but so far I couldn't be happier. Foot print was the same as the factory motor and the original unit was $530. For the price it was a no brainer. It is used on my 80 gal compressor, that is not shop use but it a tool that when you need it you need it!

Purchased compressor motor 7 months ago. Shipped right away, timely arrival in good shape. EZ install, works perfectly.

Opened the box, motor did not work. Outside the "return window" so I have a boat anchor. Can not upload images because of limitations of Vevors website. Don’t waste your time or money, go buy something locally where you can get better service.

Good product, no problems at all. Would definitely recommend. I would buy this product again .easy customer service. Delivery was fast and actually came earlier than they said! My husband had no problems installing it! We use the compressor on a daily basis and have no problems at all with this product.

First, the Motor came quickly & for a fair price. Quality also looked good. Motor installed easy and was running in about 30 minutes. Tested the motor for about 2 minutes ran fine. Finished putting the belt on and did another 2-3 minute run motor did fine. Fill the compressor up with air and did good for a few days. Less than a week later the motor came on and started smoking so I turned it off and contacted Vevor Customer Service. That is where the NIGHTMARE BEGAN! welcome to the never ending loop of unanswered messages or should I say the constant request and AI generated replies. NO Customer Support number. It has been over a month and still no correction to the problem. IF you get something from Vevor and it works fine you are good. If there is a problem, it is a Freakin NIGHTMARE
