Absolutely Perfect! Purchased this in a crunch when I discovered one of my Nescos bit the bullet. Used it the day after it was delivered. Shipping was fast! I ordered on a Sunday and the unit was delivered the following Wednesday. Used for a work event for 120 people. So convenient considering I could have 4 hot items and utilize only 1 electrical outlet. It was so easy to maintain indirect temperature. This price point is a steal! I will be purchasing another just for my employer to keep on site for events.

Have not received my item, there is no number to call, auto email says ticket is resolved but no information about when I get my item or where it is. I think they took my money and now I have to take this up with my bank

I was hesitant at first because there were some negative reviews, but mostly good ones. I filled it to the max water line, filled up the containers and it started leaking out the front. It was no big deal, easy clean up. It kept the food heated great. My complaints are it has a dent on the back corner but so far, it's only cosmetic. My biggest complaint is that it's made in CHINA!! I won't buy anything from Vevor again because of that. The dent may have been caused during shipment. But if Vevor only sells items made in China, then I will choose to shop elsewhere.
