This item cuts meat well. The biggest problem is the tray sliding doesn't move easily. I don't know what can be done about it. Maybe who ever makes it will have an idea.

Everything is perfect. I recommend it for both home and commercial use. Easy to clean, which makes it more comfortable to use

I really like this slicer. I make buckboard bacon,bacon,pastrami ,hams , and deli meats all the time . This slicer slices everything up the way I want it. I had a cheap slicer before that was really inconsistent and was too small to slice up big things like bacon n pastrami. Love this slicer . Could of came with better instructions on taking it apart to clean but I figured it out.

Very poor design for meat. I tried frozen and thawed. I wanted meat cut thin for jerky and meat chips. Never cut the same thickness. Always end up with thick chunk left over. What a pain to clean! Not waterproof. Juices from meat end up in places that you can't get to unless you disassemble machine. Not just take off parts that are supposed to come off. You literally have to unscrew and take machine apart. Wish I could figure out how to get my money back.

It is not steady enough. The knife is easy to move, so it is hard to cut a frozen meat. Do nor recommend for forzen meat cutting.

I bought this slicer because I noticed that I could save $2-3 per pound on meat and cheese that I was buying in my grocery store deli. First, you need to realize this is not the commercial slicer used in stores. But for occasional home use it works fine. It is safe to operate and easy to clean. It works fine for my purpose.

This slicer works great. It’s good quality has two blades. Slices any thickness and is was to use. I’ve used it to slice meat and bread oh and cheese. It does vegetables too. Easy to clean. I love mine.

It’s a very easy to use sliced ham, beef lamb, A little bit difficult to clean, but overall, I will recommend it

This thing is weak. You have to go so slow to get a decent cut. We have been using ham, prosciutto, calabrese, etc and it takes too long. Trust me, pay more to save time.
