This was a great purchase. It’s easy to clean and makes a perfect panini!

We have had this grill for a year. My wife does carnivore diet and I mostly eat meat as well. We have used the holy crap out this thing sometimes it gets used twice a day even. Clean up is easy. The plates have become a little discolored as a result of the daily use but still work fine. The food cooked on this thing tastes great. The automatic cook function on this thing is spot on for most things it's amazing really like magic. It will cook a inch plus thick 1.5lb ribeye in approximately 6 minutes. Hamburger's 1/3lb x6 in 4 minutes. Lay it flat cook twice as much but cook time will be extended and turning required. I have used it for panini's and it was awesome at that to. 4 stars instead of 5 as nothing in life is perfect.

Great buy. This press works amazingly, set the temp and it will be consistent all day. I would recommend this press for anyone who owns a restaurant or bar and was thinking paninis / wraps and anything else that you get creative with. Great buy!

I am very satisfied with the griddle's performance. The only drawback is that the upper plate heater cannot be adjusted, but overall, the griddle does the job well.

From the description I thought the timer would automatically shut off like more expensive one I had. It beeps and then I turn it off. That said it is pretty accurate. I lile I can put what I am cooking in and just wait for the timer. Setting up different meats and doneness was not intuitive. However easily learned. Both sides seem to have the same temp which is not always true of contact grills. I would get another if need be. Getting one as Christmas present for my daughter. WHich sys more than anything I can write about how much I like it.

Straight out the box and there's fingerprints all over it. Thought for the money I paid I would get sent a new unit. Removed one of the grills and I can see scratches near the elements. There's places where the plastic has been melted. Thought I was getting a brand new unit. Avoid buying these used units. You're not getting a new unit.

The griddle looks like a good quality although it arrived with a plastic part broken. the plates are slightly smaller than shown in description and the mesures are invertid (the really useful surface is 8.5" x 11"). It needs a little more power, at least 1800 watts. I bouthed it in 48 dollars.
