I bought this in Sept. 2024. Right away the indoor temp. wasn't accurate as well as the forecast section. A month later we got some rain so I was watching the readout and it remained at 0 on daily. When I switched it to total, it read .58". It continued to rain but it never changed after that, even when we got 2 more inches. So I first tried After-Sale service in the Support Center. They required a video to show the problem. I'm not sure what good it would do to take a video of it raining (which it's not now), and showing the wireless station not changing. So, next I went to Live Chat. I finally got a "live" person who also wanted me to take a video, upload it to a website and contact him. He could not understand why this doesn't make any sense. He finally said he'll email me, which I won't hold my breath, since another review said they never contacted her back. Might need to return the product.
