I purchased this hose and hooked it into my parent's Class A RV. We have had temperatures in the low 20s during the last week, and they have had water the whole time. It snowed over the weekend, and when I walked out, there was no snow around the hose, and water was still flowing—exceptional hose, which was half the cost of the one at the local hardware store.

Works great. quick delivery. Several cold snaps and no issues with frozen water hose to the RV. Nice to get up in the morning to running water in the camper.

Works as advertised however after over a week of use, it makes the water have a horrible taste and moderate odor.

I bought a premium heated RV water hose. I was impressed with shipping time frame and the robust packaging . As it turned out they should have downgraded the package and put into the product. When the weather was heading to sub freezing temperatures I installed the new heated hose . It failed miserably at the swivel joint and was unusable. I was forced to go to the local General Store near the campground and purchase a new one that worked. Now it’s been a week with back and forth with their AI customer service trying to get a RGA and a full refund. They are playing games with me. I did some due diligence and that is the MO of Vevor and San Ven Technology. Recalls for dangerous products and being sued for patent infringement on top of this bad customer experience .

We live in Arizona, but it isn't always warm. Temperature varies a lot by elevation, and Arizona is the most mountainous state in the lower 48. We live around 4500', and it definitely freezes here. A heated hose is the perfect solution. This one is drinking water safe, and is female on both ends, which is usually what you need. It does come with an adapter to convert one end to male if needed. This length is long enough to reach most anywhere we go, and still compact enough to store easily. We like it.

We have a few hoses that live outdoors in the winter. This helps keep water to those critical places that need it. We normally rotate new hoses through each season as there used and abused at our shop. Vevor offers some quality product at a great price.
