I'm using this in my 2500 sq ft basement. I wanted something to handle the square footage and have a direct drain, not a bucket. It has dropped the humidity more than 15 points in the basement. I'm very pleased with it.

This dehummidifier does the job! It is great, it brought the humidity in my basement down from 86% to 45% in a few days and has been staying there. very happy with my purchse I may add another one in the future to put in my crawl space!

Works Great! Brought the moisture level, in my basement, down quickly. I have it running in "auto-mode”. I drains into a Little Giant pump. I was surprised at how quiet the machine runs. Very good so far!

The warmer months always requires a dehumidifier in our basement. For a number of years we've made do with the usual box store units. Unfortunately, you get so-so performance and you're lucky to get two seasons out of it. We researched commercial type dehumidifiers and came across this Vevor unit. A commercial dehumidifier for the same price as the typical box store units. The Vevor unit was packaged nicely and fairly easy to set up. I would have given a 5 star for quality but one of the holes for the 4 screw in foot pads did not line up with the internal nut. A little work with a die grinder and we were in business. At just over 1500 square feet of basement area we debated going with the next size larger, but I'm pleased to say this one is doing the job easily. Initially it ran for about a day and a half but once the humidity level came down, the unit now only has to run several minutes every hour to keep the humidity at about 55%. This is far better performance than what we've had in the past. No more musty smelling basement. It sure seems much more substantially built than the units we had used before...I guess time will tell how long it lasts.

Hubby unpacked it and we tested it overnight in the badement during a nasty heat wave here in the NE. Our AC had died just days before the heat moved in. We moved ourselves and the dogs to the basement during the day...it was dry and cool. We did build a small box to lift the unit about 6\" off the basement floor. The water goes to a pump below it and is pumped out through a small hole in the cellar wall. You could also pump into a utility sink. Very pleased with the unit. For comparison...we have a full basement under our 3br ranch. This unit is more than sufficient.

I recently purchased this commercial sized whole home dehumidifier + the 100gph condensate pump for my crawl space last month because of the high summer temps and days of 100% humidity in the Southeastern US. Before the installation I could not get below 74%RH with or without my central AC running. It never felt comfortable indoors unless we turned on the 2 additional window units but still couldn't get the RH below 70%. Within 1 week of running the Dehumidifier and pump , I can keep my house 70Deg with 55-60%RH even when it's 105 Degs outside. At night with AC off, the Dehumidifier will get it down to 40% RH, but we keep it between 50-60% and it has made a world of difference, but I must warn you.... this unit will pull 85 to 125 ppd of water out of the air. Unless you want to continually empty the take , make sure you have it next to a drain or BUY THE CONDENSATE PUMP! I've tied it into my drain line for AC and it comes on when needed and then shuts off. Works flawlessly, like any other VEVOR product I've ever bought. VEVOR truly makes professional grade tools , at half the price!!

It works great. Slight assembly. Love the fact that you can remotely monitor it from a different room. It works so well I bought a 2nd one. Well worth the money.

Using this in my 2400 SF crawlspace. Easily maintains humidity at 55%. Also very quiet when running.
