This is a really nice product, great quality and nice for just a couple switches, routers, and servers. I only had a couple of problems. First, 2 of the pieces came with a bend in them that made it almost impossible to put together, although I managed to unbend it enough to get it into place and screw it in. Secondly, there were missing pieces in the package, particularly the bracket that holds the 2 arms. There should have been 4 and mine only came with 2. I ended up just fabricating my own 2 brackets because it would be quicker than going through customer service, which I did message them, but they didn't help that much. Other than those 2 problems this is still a great product to use for servers, switches, and routers. It's also pretty good on the pricing since most other server racks cost $400+. I would still recommend this for anyone who wants to setup a small lab or a few routers and switches or servers!
