I never received this product. I told you guys I talked to my UPS driver. He said he did not deliver it here you keep going back-and-forth that you’ll refund my money or drop off a new one you have not done it so take me off your website will never buy from you again.

Absolutely junk! Loose in hitch. Tubing undersized. Lightest made hitch I have ever seen. Thin material. Everything is sloppy. Pins are very little. No way is this rated to 20,000 lbs. I wouldn’t trust it to tow 2500 lbs. threw it away.

Good Quality. Each one of our trailers has a different ball size or height. A pintel addition would be nice .

We bought this to pull our 20 ft trailer, after an hour drive, we noticed the hitch had bent, we had to pull it back home and we're on edge the whole way. Thankfully vevor made it right when we contacted them

Bought this bc it said it would hold 22000 lbs, from day 1 it was loose in the receiver of the truck 2.5 inch and it would flop around terribly, one day i went to load the trailer and noticed it didn't look right and when to pull it out of truck would not come out had to get a hammer and beat it out it was bent straight down almost. The most weight i pulled with it was about 10k. I noticed when i bought it the metal was real thin but i went off the rating i would not recommend this for anything that has any weight im lucky mine just bent and didn't break off. I bought a new hitch now that is thick metal and I wished i just bought it first and not wasted my money on this.

works great looks good just a little floppy when towing . Easy to change levels and install. Seems heavy built Ball size switch easy to change.
