This product works as intended. I have pulled several RVs ranging from 7,000 pounds to 13,000 pounds, and so far, I have no complaints. I would recommend this product.
Working so far. Worth the money to me. Helped get my trailer level. Idk if it’s truly 20k lbs but I don’t plan on testing it. I have 36’ camper and 18’ enclosed work trailer.
This thing is HEAVY DUTY. The second you grab it from the box, you know they mean it when they say up to 20k lbs limit. I absolutely love the way it looks and feels - true quality. I used this to tow a vehicle from Virginia to Oregon in 4 days, and never once had an issue. I bought some extra locking pins to secure it to the hitch so no one will steal it. 100% recommend!!

Compatible to the expensive ones that are on the market. Durable, easy to install and looks good! We pull trailers at our business and compared to what’s out there , we are very satisfied with this hitch.
