Product arrived with charged battery. Display works enough to tell me "no camera" and "please insert camera". Leds do not illuminate. Contacted customer service and provided them with the video they requested of me trying to operate the device and it not working. They are going to get back to me. No indication from customer service that this is a known problem. After 40 years trouble shooting technological problems I might be a little cynical. Probably I'm the first person to ever have this problem... probably.

After having an older borescope that had a smaller screen and did not articulate, this is a vast improvement. The screen size and sharp image from this newer tool is awesome. I have already recommended it to an electrician friend of mine and he ended up buying himself one and another one to gift his dad. Thanks for providing an excellent quality tool for a reasonable price.

For the price, I dodn't think it gets much better. I used to have a $90 Harbor Freight unit that was 10x worse than this one and died within a year of buying it. Like others have mentioned, the cable is excessively long and unwieldily but that's my only complaint. I'd rather have too long than too short.

This thing is great so far, haven't even had to recharge it yet. Clear, solid item and seems well made.

Works very well to view down into a motorcycle cylinder head! Pictures are excellent quality! Great price and saved me a lot of time and money. This is an investment I should have made a long time ago! It has definitely already paid for itself! It would be nice if there was a measuring tool built into it, this would be very handy to measure damage or areas that are being looked at! I recommend this product!

I was watching this camera from the day it came out waiting for the right price to come for me to buy one. Honestly had I known how clear this camera is I would have ordered this a really long time ago. The only complaint I have with the camera is the battery life isn't as good as I'd hoped for. That being said. I still would buy another one if this one broke I like it that much.

Great camera and picture quality , wish I would of gotten the articulating model but paid less than the snap on one at shop and this is Better over all camera

Bought this for the articulating ability. The picture clarity is great. The size of the lens is perfect for getting into small porta and such. The ONLY downfall is that the cable itself is too soft. It would be nicer to have a stiffer cable so that you can direct the lens to where you want but it just flops. Probably that way due to the ability to steer it but im sure there is a way to make it stoffer and still have the ability to steer the lens.

My shop had been using a $NAPON borescope for years and I was skeptical when I purchased this. That said, this VEVOR borescope is amazing. The image is crystal clear, the video and pic functions are great, the articulation works great. I cannot say enough about how great this product is, especially for its affordability.
