Great Product, and good price, works well,,,,, a hell of a lot better than the Werner ladder I bought for the last house.

I'm really impressed with it. It stands more vertical than the folding type of attic stairs, and is more of a ladder. This was helpful in my small hallway area. It is comfortable to go up and down. My only gripe is that it did not come with installation instructions. It must be folded out to install which involves using a hockey stick or 2x4 to fight the springs. Then there's no guide for what height to attach it at, so there's some guess and check that has to happen. Once it's in, however, I couldn't be happier.
