This is a game changer. Love the ability to get everywhere without damaging corners or furniture. Suction is AMAZING. Carpet head is worthless but the hard surface works really well on carpet. It’s not quiet, but certainly tolerable.

It is the best vacuum cleaner I ever used, it is light, easy to use with multiple suction caps. Engine is located behind the bag. Empty your bag at half of its capacity to prolong engine life.

This thing is awesome. Easy to clean and works better than my more expensive setups. I love it.

Easy to use and a faction of what some of the other HEPA vacuums were priced

I have used many different vacuums (residential cleaning business, so actually I have seen all of them). This one is nothing fancy and don't know how long it lasts , but so far I can say it's one of the best ones.

excellent unit. suction power is felt at the attachment. the only complaint is no real place to hang cord, and there's a lot of cord. definitely happy we purchased this little guy.

This back pack vacuum is great. Powerful and easy to use. Would recommend for home or commercial. We use it in a commercial environment and have had no issues.

I'm impressed! It's very powerful and well built. It is very similar to the Hoover backpack vacuum of the same style. It performs very well and is quite comfortable (I'm a big guy so the belt could use a couple of inches added to it, but the shoulder straps are comfortable enough that I don't need the belt). The wand isn't super high quality and the head is a bit narrow, but it seems good enough so far and I actually like the slightly smaller size for detailed work. It is great for cleaning overhead areas like ceilings and walls. Even if I need to upgrade the handle it's still well worth the price. If you do a lot of light duty janitorial it is great.

Sucks up everything close to what your trying to clean. Tremendous power a cord that wraps. Around the house with is great, saves time looking for outlets in each room. Easy to clean filter, and heavy duty shoulder straps. Great product

The only problem that I have and see is the hose to lid connection plus the hose to attachment end …… The hose to lid connection should be threaded with a neoprene o ring seal and the hose to attachments end should be longer so that it does not work it’s way out of the attachment.
