Had to do some remodeling because the 1964 ceiling heater was centered in a 24 inch space, A little ceiling drywall cutting and this fan light is in and looks great! love the color changing effects and the light adjustment, Not used to a remote controlled for a bathroom light but when you want to change the mood and have some fun it makes it simple. DIY friendly if all the current wire is in place for a vent fan only. I recommend this for an upgrade to a plain fan or if you want to replace a ceiling light.

Good quality and as described but...beware. These fans require the use of provided remote control to power ON and OFF and to select a desired speed and then set the light brightness each time. I had mine wired to a standard on/off wall switch. Once the wall switch was turned Off the fan does not hold your desired setting. Upon turning the wall switch back on you had to use the remote to set the fan to the desired speed and light brightness, again. I gave only 4 stars because this was not described and I had to return my purchase. Thus, if you are ok with the using the remote all the time then this will work for your needs.

Super nice vent and light, I love the colors of the light, it does the job after I take a shower ,the fan takes all the moisture out, no more wet bathroom rags. Thank you Vevor A++++

This fan has a lot of great options, be aware of the size of it. This is definitely on the smaller side of bathroom fans. So it would be great for if you're building a new bathroom but if you're replacing an existing one be sure to check the size. The main unit seems well built, some of the pieces like the air flow valve seems really thin. But it's not like it has to do that much so maybe it's fine. The rest of the build seems solid. The motor is held in place with two rubber spacers on each side to prevent any vibration and reduce and movement sounds from the motor. I really like the features this has with the remote. I like that it has a timer so when you take a shower in there morning and have to run out the door for work you can just set the timer and let it run. The wiring is well labeled and easy to install. The light is a standard placement. It has two tension springs that you compress, put into the slots and push up to set in place. The cord for the light on the main unit is short but it's got a decent length on the light panel side. The antenna is located right next to that cable as well. Overall for the cost of this light it's very reasonably priced especially for the options that it comes with. As long as you ensure the fit of the unit to the space you have I don't think anyone would have a complaint with it.
