Decent cart
Not a bad place to start building a beach cart. Mine came without wheel bearings/ bushings/ brackets. I also chose to reinforce it and roll down the sharp exposed edges. But again it was the foundation of a nice beach cart and not bad for the price.

Great for beach.
Went ahead and made some modifications to the cart. Installed PVC pipe in order to hold two folding chairs and umbrella. The cage holds 12 can ice chest, boom box and towel and snack bag.
