I ordered the bike trainer for those rainy days in Florida. My requirements were that it should be easy to mount and dismount my cross-over mountain bike, have an adjuster to increase the load without dismounting, and be able to support both the bike and me while mounting and dismounting. This trainer met all my requirements. The trainer came preassembled, and since my bike already had quick release on the wheels, I didn't need to swap axels. I just needed to mount the adjuster on my handlebar and make the necessary adjustments on the rear wheel axel for the first time mount. The trainer also had its own quick release, which made it easy to mount and dismount the bike. Getting on the bike was easy. I made sure to keep my center of gravity over the saddle as much as possible. The adjustments worked well, and I found that using my highest gear provided the most resistance. The front block for the front wheel kept it from swinging left or right, and the trainer remained stable throughout my experience. When finished, the quick release allowed me to take the bike off easily. The adjuster has a quick release nut as well. I just folded the trainer and put it away.
