It is a weird obdii tool, less functional than most. It did not let me manually match a battery to a BMW. It did not let me reset a maintenance light. It did reset codes.

Works okay but it is unable to find my 750 li BMW....so it doesn't work on my 2006...I've tried over and over...it works on my other vehicles...just not what it was intended for..BMW ????

It connected right to my car immediately, the quality of this product is very good. It pulled up the code that I needed right away to solve the problem. I would definitely recommend this product.

Scanner works fine, customer service not so good. Took them 4 days just to get me the software update link.

While the unit did not do everything that I believed it would do from the description for my 2021 BMW 330I, for the price point it does work as a good scan tool. Other features may be available for other model years. I give it a solid 4 stars for my own personal experience and situation. I did not return the item because so think I'll still use it for basic analysis on occasion. I ended buying another higher grade tool for the functions I need.

I ordered this scanner to use on my BMW to save money from taking my car in to have the shop pull the codes. It was easy to connect and pulled the codes for a check engine light. I was then able to look up the codes. It has a nice carrying case and I'm happy with the scanner. It seems heavy duty and well-made.
