Aside from the one sheet showing pieces to assemble, I would've liked more in the way of instructions and an explanation on how to use.

I was skeptical at first. Had never really heard of this company and couldn't find many reviews. Wasn't sure what to expect with the product. Well. This was a win. Used it last weekend over a fire pit with friends in west VA. Product held up well. Put mini cast iron skillets on it for spinach dip. Did s large cast iron for potatoes. Also did skewers. I think the grate works better upside down with the outer support square on top and the grate towards bottom.
