The carport itself is a 4 ⭐ product. It's good quality and all of that. The directions were mediocre but not too difficult to figure out. The only thing I think is missing is some way to secure the bottom of the door ends. It Velcros to the poles on the long side so those are ok but the bottom of the doors flap a lot in the wind. It would be nice if there was a reinforced seam with a few grommets along the bottom to allow staking - the zippers are not particularly robust and I think they're likely to fail permanently due to the flapping. It would be even better if this seam and grommets were on the sides as well.
The shipping, on the other hand, was a disaster. It was supposed to come in 3 days. The FedEx label was printed immediately. Then nothing. After 4 weeks and several conversations with customer service wherein they repeatedly blamed FedEx for losing the 5 foot long, 100lb box, when it was obvious that the explanation was that the box was never given to FedEx, a guy in a rented truck full of Vevor items (only) showed up to deliver the package.
Ultimately, this is the best quality vinyl carport I've seen and it's cheaper than all of the others, so I guess it's kind of worth it but if you have a timeline, just go buy the one at Costco or Harbor Freight.
