During setup, I had a part problem. Contacted customer service, and they replied within hours. They arranged for a replacement part immediately, saving me a lot of hassle.

I like the style and all but the product is not very strong . few months after I installed it I had to get new front door panel because gromets ripped out of material. took about a month to get it warranted . now its been a year and 6 months its a windy day and side pannel are blowing all over the place gromets again ripped out !! off of warranty !! dont waste your money poor design with gromets and miny bungey cords !!

Really nice carport kit, and a great way to add some extra covered storage. I bought some mobile home anchors to help strap this down to the ground, as the provided \"ground nails\" and sand bags didn't exude much confidence in keeping this in place. Overall the kit is exactly as described, and time will tell how it holds up.

Assembly was very easy I did it by myself! Got it in and put up right before our southern snow storm! It really came in handy to get our equipment out of the weather. Weil see how it holds up to our thunderstorms and even hurricanes!

Super easy assembly. Holds up very well even in the wind, I tied it to some buckets of water on all 4 corners and it barely moves.

Came on time, packaging was great. Easy to set up and well built. Already a few months into owning it and is holding strong. Would recommend this item 100%.
