I keep a 10x20 canopy up in the backyard for additional shade by the pool. The Vevor cover lasts a season (8 months) before starting to shed a lot of white plastic particles and I remove it and put up a new one. I put a new one on in March or so and toss it in December. I am in Houston and we have brutal sun and humidity, as well as heavy rains. The bungee balls stay elastic for the time the tarp lasts. I keep buying this brand because of the price,

replacement cove fit well seems heavy duty. Gave it four stars because not sure of the longevity, but would recommend at this time.

Bought this for an older Costco white frame. Did as suggested and purchased the 12x20 to allow space since most reviewers stated that the 10x20 was to small. From the description, even for the 12x20, it was designed to fit the 10x20 frame. Not so. From the peak, there is approximately 4" extra on each side. The "valance" (overhang on the front and back) is not tight, causing the front and back to flap in the wind. The extra size causes water pooling because the top is not taut like the old on. If I would have known the size was so off, I would have ordered the beige instead of the gray. Unfortunately, I now have a replacement canopy that I am going to have to duct tape in order to make it work. Not a good buy.

Replacing a torn top on a Costco 10'x20' carport. The fit was slightly small bit easily coaxed on with a couple of ratchet straps. I put it on in 40 degree F weather with little sun. I expect the fit would have been better on a nice hot day but better tight to avoid water pooling and wind getting under it. Considering it went on a completely different brand the fit was surprisingly good. Quality on par with the original which only failed after 4 years of 365 day exposure because I stupidly left a door open allowing 50mph wind gusts to get inside. I see no reason this will not prove as durable. Highly recommended.

Bought this to replace the canvas top for the 12x20 garage I bought from them. This top was almost four inches too small in all dimensions to fit the frame not a suitable replacement.

I purchased 2 covers you have to get it a lil bigger it comes small but it not as thick as wanted to be its be. A couple of months now it bunches water sits a little on top sides all tight. No leaks yet I will report later after rain starts

The replacement canopy top fit like a glove. Usually made a very quality material and hope to have it last for years to come.
