I know it's a cheese cutter, but that is not how I am using it. I saw online it was good for cutting blocks of Spam. I do not eat Spam, but I do eat a lot of Scrapple, which also comes in blocks but is a bit softer than Spam. I am cutting them in 3/4" thick slices. This is good, because when you grill Scrapple, it shrinks about 1/8" or a little more. I usually end of with a little over 1/2" slices grilled. It comes out perfect. Also, the product is extremely easy to clean after slicing.
