The freezer came in damaged. Once reported, the item took a long time to get a replacement. Customer service is not good at all. They give the run arounds on helping but never do.

I liked that it’s a energy saver and has a digital readout but they said the digital readout would stay lite up and does not!

This is a really nice deep freezer. It has a refrigerator function if you just wanna keep your food cold without freezing it. It's not loud at all. It's deep and has plenty of space for different food. The seal is nice and it even gets like -14 degrees cold. Perfect for different needs. I was able to pick it up empty with ease. It's not heavy at all. Really nice for the price.
