Great in rocky ground
This works great in very rocky ground, which I have on the farm, this with the hammer made digging easier than pick and shovel.

Spade was surprisingly hefty. Bought for the Xtreme jack hammer. It was used for digging holes in clay soil. Very good. Seems like it will last a long time ... let's hope.

Multipurpose use
Just what I needed was using it to help loosen hard dirt up. Worked great but I still think a pick axe worked better. I will still keep this and use it for something else down the road.
