we set this dome up in our backyard with a cargo net so we can sleep outside with minimal setup and tear down. We covered the dome with a net and our dog sleeps beneath us. The diameter is perfect for use as a research grade satellite so my husband has plans to run some research after altering it as well. In the winter we're debating adding legs so we can stand up inside and either using it for a greenhouse or a base for a sweat lodge. we love its versatility and durability and it was really easy to set up. We might buy another one to set up on our vacant land so we don't have to bring in a tent when we visit or go hunting in the fall. It will also be super fun when my niblings come to visit - we're well on our way to earning the coolest aunt and uncle award.
