After reviewing other vendors' options for a coil spring compression tool, I decided to try this one, as it seemed better constructed. And I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality. The clamp features are cast and finished pretty well. The curved strap allows the two compressing tools to be attached to prevent slippage. The hex screw for compression is a beefy 19mm and heat treated. I had no issues using these and never felt frightened or concerned that the tool would break during use. I'm giving these a 5-star rating as they far exceeded my expectations. Especially at less than 50 bucks.
