Well made, could be smoother. However, dual drive gears does not mean it has dual ratchet gears which are more important to safety. Also, 11ft of cable is for 2.5 ton capacity. It only has 5.5 ft of cable when using as a 5 ton unit, not enough for me. Wish that Vevor offered a 30ft cable version of this unit with dual ratchets.

The quality & strength of this tool is great. We are always nervous buying online, you never know what quality will show up at the door. But it exceeded our expectations. Vevor We highly recommend this tool to others.

Come Along Cable Pull Pros: Low Price, Does the basic job. Cons: Steep learning curve to operate. Very difficult to relate manual to actual mechanism. Recommend you keep fingers clear of actuating levers to release, use pliers. Wear Gloves.

I am wondering however, how come the sprockets have been assembled in a non-symmetrical manner? The rounded part is on the outside of one and inside the other.

If you use a come along on a regular basis, you probably want something better. But if you just need one every now and then, this is more than adequate.

Yep. Needed to move a garden shed over by 2 feet. Tied chain around tree, hooked this rope puller to the chain and the other end to a ratchet strap wrapped around my shed, and... Voila! It moved my shed with not too much effort.

The VEVOR 5 ton come along winch is so much better than the $4 less expensive FanzKo unit I order the first time. The FanzKo cable puller was so flimsy its metal frame deflected when winching a load less than the advertised 5 ton capacity. I’m glad I returned it and replaced it with a higher quality tool.
