Great for Shabu Shabu
I bought this to cut frozen beef for Shabu Shabu, and it does a great job. I can cut frozen beef incredibly thin for quick cook in the broth.

Easy to clean and continuous accurate slices
Smoked a couple of turkey breasts and sliced up for sandwiches. Awsome, only took 10 minutes to dissamble clean and reassemble.

Great slicer
Slicer is very sharp and easy to use. Cleanup is easy as the slicer comes completely apart. I have been using a little 6 inch home slicer. Using the Beswood is like the difference between a Ford Pinto and a Ford Mustang!
