The grinder stopped working after only two days of use, despite already being delayed in shipping. It's been over nine days since I contacted customer service about the issue, and I still haven't received any solutions. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the support. I’ll update this review if a satisfactory resolution is provided, but for now, it's a 1-star experience
