Broke on first use
The cutter and grinding plate broke the first time I used it. I was only grinding pork fat. I no longer have a coarse cutter and one of the blades. Very disappointing.

Very impressed for the money ground packages deer in very shot order. Cleaning was a little difficult because the head has to be removed with a wrench

Grinds so fast!
This meat grinder is a workhorse! It ground up our deer meat extra fast! It’s easy to clean for the most part besides the long barrel that has to come off with bolts. But I found another way to clean it without taking it off. But totally worth, the quality!

Been looking for a good quality grinder that wouldn’t break the bank and I finally found it. This grinder is a beast. Very well built. Very quiet. It was missing a part but notified VEVOR and they are sending the missing part.

Stopped working in 2 days and slowest customer service
The grinder stopped working after only two days of use, despite already being delayed in shipping. It's been over nine days since I contacted customer service about the issue, and I still haven't received any solutions. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the support. I’ll update this review if a satisfactory resolution is provided, but for now, it's a 1-star experience

The grinder worked only a few times before the shaft broke in vivo wants to tell me I can just buy a new one, but no one sells these parts. They give me $50 to replace it when there’s no parts available to buy their warranty is horrible because they just try to mess around.

The tip of the auger screw is chipping and cracking. Trying to start the refund but none of the picture or video uploads will work, no matter how I format them. And you cannot move on with the process until you upload a picture video of the problem. There's no number to call. So here we are...

Not happy
I'm not happy with the performance and it started leaking some kind of liquid also the grinder doesn't seal off against the drive unit and meat works in behind the grinder and it will not push the meat into sausage casings

Never came
Item got lost in transit. Vevor refused to send a replacement or substitute since they said they didn’t have this item anymore. The closest item is $70 more and they won’t do anything to compensate me for the difference. The entire process took 3 weeks for them to just refund my money and refused any other solution. According to vevor, the item was delivered to me, but tracking has it lost in space. The entire process was very discouraging and I don’t know if I ever want to do business with vevor again.
