I bought this dispenser for my business . It was good had it for 2 years until the part broke. Keep trying to explain that I need parts for the dispenser and I paid for it. Customer service just keep sending same question back to me, same info of there technician will get back to you. How hard is it to get some part for this dispenser. Waited over a month still no parts or answer. Don't buy it if you need parts cause it take forever if your warranty expired.

This machine stop working after a few weeks, it doesn’t cool, contacted Vevor and it has been weeks back and forth and they won’t resolve the issue. I don’t recommend buying this machine or anything from them. Customer service is horrible. Plus they don’t have any number you can call, you have to wait days for a response by email. So disappointing and stressful since this is for my business. Definitely won’t be buying anything from here any more.

Works well - easy to use - makes quick drink mixes on my food truck. Highly recommend. Very refreshing

Bought TWO of the machines! Both were junk and did NOT WORK....THEN I spent the next 5 weeks trying to get a refund and they himhaw around and around and Nothing has been credited. Just spent over 30 mins chatting with Ricardo and he says "he will check with finance and will have an answer in 24 hours". More and more stalling... SO DO NOT BUY FROM VEVOR ! My Credit card said i could report as fraud so i did even though i had to get e new account number and card...DO NOT TRUST this company!

This is our 2nd time buying this machine. The first one lasted 8 months but we had to replace the motors for each mixer to extend the life. Vevor did replace those zero charge. We make pre made margaritas in them and it is a featured drink at our business so we need to always have a machine ready for this. We used to purchase a 14 gallon tank but I can no longer find them. We keep one side filled with margarita and 1 side with water. We make a new batch in the water side, then move over the remaining alcohol and clean the now empty side. I would prefer that we could control which mixer/motor is running so we can extend the life of the motors, but that function is not available. We run both motors 11am to 10 pm, that may be why they die so fast. Overall the cost and the look is why will continue to buy from them.

Both machines stopped spinning and the juices started to taste weird. Does not do proper circulation. They provided parts to fix it. However it's complicated to fix. Dayana

A quick working less of a year is getting hot other than cool. Now I gotta spend. More money to get a fix , don't recommend it
