It got here very quickly, was easy to set up, and after figuring it out it was easy to use. I've used it for 3 events and no issues. I do recommend buying the dome cover if you're going to use it in a windy area

Machine arrived quickly, and without damage. Did a trial run and had some difficulties with finding an ideal temperature for perfectly spun cotton candy. Other than that, it is easy to use and clean up! My family is loving our fresh cotton candy!

Fast shipping. Easy to order. Great product! It is exactly as described. This is essentially a large, personal cotton candy maker, or a small professional one. It is perfect for me - I’m a teacher and use it for rewards and events (I can make non-stop cotton candy for an hour, and then I let it cool down for a bit). I can make about 1 per 90sec. or 2 minutes, depending on how well the kids que up with their sticks and flavor choice. They just roll up paper longways into a long, skinny cone and tape. That’s it. I absolutely love it! I had a small one that was plastic. It was fun, but it would get all gummed up after making 2 or 3 batches. So I knew I was ready to upgrade. This machine does not get gummed up at all. I bought classic cotton candy sugar, but I also use jollly ranchers or dumdums (gotta get the stick out)) with plain sugar. I just drop in hard candy into the middle immediately followed by granule sugar. Works like a dream both ways. Use at 70-ish volts for perfect batch. I don’t even bother going higher to warm up. Just keep at 70. Hope you have tons of fun, because I know my students and I absolutely love it!

This machine is fantastic, I would recommend it. The only issue is that it needs the dome and the dome is expensive.

Best investment ever! It has been a big hit at parties. We have had this machine for several years. I just purchased the dome for it. I can't wait to receive it. 12 kids in our family! Easy to use and clean. I highly recommend this machine. It makes awesome cotton candy.
