One thing I don't enjoy about this machine is that it seems to waste alot of sugar by spitting it out and sticking to the the sides of the bowl. I like how easy it is to put away and set up. I'm pretty satisfied with the product.

Original unit damaged during shipping, seller replaced unit and works perfectly. Makes a lot of candy floss very quickly. Definitely worth it over the cheaper novelty candy floss makers that take forever to make a small amount.

Purchased as a gift for our 5 year old granddaughter. She loves cotton candy and getting to make it with friends and family. We were happy to be able to purchase a quality unit at a fraction of the price of a commercial one. Just wish it came in black or stainless—but pink makes our little princess happy! Although the lid you can purchase separately is super expensive in my opinion, I would recommend making the investment; otherwise, you’ll have sugar all over everything. It really helps contain the candy as you swirl it on the cone. Machine clean up is quick and easy. Instructions were in English but were not well written at all. Unit with the lid on is rather large so storage should be considered when purchasing. It comes with a nice storage drawer for the cord, scoop, etc. Takes about 2 min. warm up before you can dump the sugar into the center of the unit. Have to turn off unit within 15 minutes though to prevent candy from burning, but you will still have plenty of time to make several batches before letting the unit cool down a bit. Recommend for family gatherings and kids parties. The young and young at heart will love the tasty treats this machine produces!

Really easy to clean. Easy to operate. You will be the party star or fundraising master with this machine. There are many that look the same and more expensive but this is the best deal on such a machine, unless you want to invest in a $500 or more commercial unit for more than intermittent use this will satisfy the sweet tooth of everyone. It makes quality cotton candy, the kind you expect at any fair, festival, or amusement park.The learning curve is a non issue. Turn it on and grab the candy cloud that begins to spiral upwards (not outwards like a pro unit) it produces the same result as but requires constant attention.The heating/spinning head doesn't hold much sugar at a time. If you are producing en masse you can skip the measuring spoon and pour the sugar directly from the container into the actively spinning heater.You really don't need the dome. The unit will work perfectly, just remember the floss shoots upward. Have a cone ready as soon as you add sugar. I did buy the net liner... basically useless though it does hold some of the floss you can't get in time and it collects the sugar chunks (that can be tossed back in the spinner for more batches).Honestly the dome would be a waste of money and time cleaning.

Really nice, heats up fast. No dials and gauges to adjust. Comes with a great pour tool so you have exactly a perfect amount for a huge cotton candy serving
