Bought this unit over a year ago and have used it 4 times a week since then. I make bread and pizza dough. Quality is great and vert heavy duty. Dough hook is robust and gets the job done nicely. I do wish the low speed was 25% less speed. I have grown to enjoy using this machine. My average batch of dough is 3kg and it mixes with no.problems at all. I use a very high hydration 80-83% so the dough is not very thick and heavy. When I wad first with the machine I was at 65-70% and the machine easily went through the dough with no.problems. if this machine breaks I would buy it again with no hesitation.

Bought this mixer for my mom in January and she has been using it ever since. The product is easy to use and it’s a good value, it has good power, it performs god also. No complaints thus far
