I don't own a bakery, pizza-house or something like that. I'm a farmer on a small farm with 3 milking cows and I use it to make butter. Before I tried to use KitchenAid stand mixers and it took me a couple of hrs just because I could not put more cream than ~2/3 of the bowl size - otherwise cream splashes around all over the kitchen. So I benefited from this purchase immediately - it's bigger than KitchenAid, it less noisy, it has a timing feature and I was pleasantly surprised that it takes less time in vevor mixer to make butter ( because the working surface is bigger ) so it takes less time! Honestly, I'm super happy. The only regret is - i didn't order 15 qts mixer. And be advised - this thing is heavy, you cannot move it every time after usage

I am enjoying my Vevor. It mixes incredibly well and fast. Easy to clean and easy to handle. Great bowl capacity. Only thing, flour flies everywhere when added later in the recipe. Need help with that.

Bought this unit over a year ago and have used it 4 times a week since then. I make bread and pizza dough. Quality is great and vert heavy duty. Dough hook is robust and gets the job done nicely. I do wish the low speed was 25% less speed. I have grown to enjoy using this machine. My average batch of dough is 3kg and it mixes with no.problems at all. I use a very high hydration 80-83% so the dough is not very thick and heavy. When I wad first with the machine I was at 65-70% and the machine easily went through the dough with no.problems. if this machine breaks I would buy it again with no hesitation.
