Easy to use. It was the right choice for our home bakery. The only downfall is, I should have purchased a larger one.

I can’t believe it took me this long to purchase a large mixer. I have a small in home bakery and this has been a game changer. I used to mix dough by hand and would take me all day. Now one batch takes an hour from prep to finish. I live this mixer.

Great product. The only thing hard about setup was unpacking. You should have tools of your own because the wrench sent with it is cheap and doesn’t fit great

Regularly use this mixer for bread dough. Usually 30 to 40 lb batches. Works great every time. Nice solid design. Easy to clean. EXCELLENT SAFETY MECHANISMS. Only protential problem is the set screw on the bowl-positioning wheel ... it is not great and loosens and is awkward to tighten.

Awesome mixer I love it! My kitchen Aid used to dance all over the counter this is so heavy it doesn’t move at all. I do double batches of pizza dough and I can walk away and let it mix. Buy the Vevor stand for it, it puts it at the perfect working height.

This one help us a lot, before that we did by hands but this machine save us a lot of time and a lot of money too

While I love the mixer. The crate had been opened when we received it and the plastic back vent cover was broken. We are awaiting a new one but it may be awhile they said? Also you cannot buy an extra bowl or any implements. The implements are a lighter gauge aluminum than say thunderbird or Hobart you may be used to so we were worried about it breaking in a commercial setting. Would recommend this for avid home bakers or small backup mixer for pastry
