I purchased this food warmer less than two months ago, and it has already started having issues. I reached out to Vevor for assistance, but the process has been nothing but frustrating and unhelpful. In the middle of my communication with them, the steam table completely stopped working.
Despite sending videos and photos as proof of the malfunction, Vevor initially offered me $27, which is baffling and nowhere near a solution to the problem. When I refused and requested either a replacement or a full refund, they increased the offer to $80. I still fail to see how this helps me resolve the issue with a completely unusable product.
Their communication system is extremely inefficient. I have to email one person, who then contacts another department, leaving me waiting days for a reply. It’s been over two weeks of back-and-forth emails with no resolution in sight.
It’s clear that Vevor prioritizes selling products over providing reliable customer support or standing by their items. I feel completely let down as a customer, and the lack of care is evident. I will continue pursuing a resolution and will update here if anything changes.
