This was a great treat because I love cooking on griddles. I had 2 outdoor Blackstone griddles and wanted one to do more indoor. This unit was my second choice because of the power requirements. I needed 110 and the 1st one never indicated what it needed but I did figured out is was 220. All around it was a great buy!

This is heavy and it works and looks amazing...it has two fold down presses wich is very nice to have. No problems at all, I would definitely recommend this. Also we use it in our Cafe daily.

For the first one, I ordered the right side would trip the breaker. this was after I had a new breaker put in knowing that it would need this, The second one works well. it probably paid for itself in 3 weeks. customers love the sandwiches . customer service needed pictures before they could help so I sent them a pic, don't know how a pic would help with an electrical issue, but they told me to be patient with them and that they would help make it right, and they did I got the new one very quickly and if we keep selling the sandwiches like we are we will get another one.

Very good products for the price. Simply plug in and ready to go. Delivered just as described and in the time frame that was stated and expected.

Great grill works percect, this will need 2 dedicated 20amp circuits forbthe electrical

This sandwich press was a very good purchase. It works very well. The only minus is that it has two power cords.We had to plug one in the outlet that was already there for the previous press and had to use a power outlet from a different outlet in the kitchen, with an extension cord, for the other power cord.

Works great I am very happy with purchase I made and shipping was quick
