Purchased this about a month ago, and we love it. Spent some time seasoning and that was well worth it. It is very non stick now. I am new to a griddle and cannot believe how fast everything cooks. I have cooked a few breakfasts (Bacon, Hash Browns, eggs and French Toast), steaks (Beef and Pork), shrimp and a lot of vegetables with all of it turning out great. If i had one complaint, the edges on the unit are kinda sharp so a person has to be aware of that. Other than that i would recommend to anyone who wanted to give a griddle a try. I use it both inside and outside, which is very convenient. Nice product and a fine price.

We have used this griddle everyday now for 2years....works great...easy to clean heats fast and even....and food doesn't stick...would recommend it highly.

I purchased this with very little expectation for it to last. Overall this thing is built well and has gone above and beyond expectations. I use it every day.

The grill works well but discolors with use like all cast iron temp control is in Celsius and take some getting use to .

Perfect size for my wife and i who reside in a condo. Highly recommend if you are solo or two under roof.

When I bought, I was excited when it arrived. Turn it on and the temperature is higher than indicated on the control knob. Other than that, it works perfectively fine. Because of its weight it is a little difficult to clean.

Well built! Used peanut oil to season, definitely gets hot enough to smoke the oilonly takes 5 min to get to normal cooking temp.

Use it every day in a food trailer! No problems at all. Cleans easily with water after cooking. Top is heavy duty so this thing should last awhile!
