I've had this unit for about a year and it's been an excellent in the kitchen for the most part. It's not exactly a technical marvel or anything, but does what it's supposed to do very well. Unfortunately just after the 1 year mark the unit randomly died while I was cooking with it. After removing the bottom plate I discovered one of the cables had essentially burnt through itself.
I'm working with support now and will hopefully get a replacement or some kind of repair kit. If you bought or intend to buy one of these, I would suggest periodically removing the bottom plate to ensure none of the cabling has started melting/burning.
