This faucet works great. I was concerned with the low price that it wouldn't b good quality but I was surprised. I would buy again

quality is good. I would not have purchased if I had known the spout was so long and the sprayer was so difficult to use.

Very cheaply made, too many points of failure, unfortunately my plumber said this won't last more than a few months, very disappointed.

I purchased this p.o.s. and received a product that was clearly misaligned when manufactured. I have made multiple attempts to have a replacement part sent or even get a refund and to date I still have not received anything. All of the agents I have corresponded with have only offered to send inquiry to there technical team and promised a response in 24 hours or less ( so far nothing). I have requested to speak with supervisor and also been told there is not one present or they are out and won't be back till late at night when questioned as to when exactly I conveniently get disconnected from the chat. The fact that they do not have a contact phone number should have been a red flag in retrospect. So I would definitely advise you to buy anywhere else the products really come with no warranty and the customer service from this site is clearly useless. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!

Good quality and works beautifully. Installed it outdoors and it’s convenient for my weekend usage.

Great value and well made. Does not have the same marketing if other brands which is why it is so great. We use for our laundry room.

Everything is fine except this Pipe is a little long measures between 12-13 inches and I would like if it were possible to change it for a shorter one I don't know between 7-9 inches, thank you very much I look forward to your answer.

Works as promised! This is as good quality I found at my local plumbing shop at 1/3 the money- give it a chance!
