Arrived in good condition, a lot smaller overall then I expected. Although the measurements were listed, I just overlooked them. I was however overly impressed with the output of this machine after use. Pretty quiet in operating, would be ideal for a back bar, mini bar, or wet bar area, or any place that has limited space. Does put off some operational heat, though anything that cools/freez will.overall I decided to keep this unit for my personal home use, and go bigger on the next one. This was my first equipment purchase from VEVOR, and I will not hesitate to order again. Great experience from order, to delivery, and setting everything up. Thank you VEVOR.

This product is certainly "easy to install". I put that in quotes, since you need a water line coming in, and a drain line going out. It's very easy, in that it just plugs into your power outlet (no hard wiring), but if you aren't particularly handy you might need a plumber to run those lines for you. But it's not a complicated install either way.

I purchased this ice machine for our small coffee shop, it's perfect for us! We needed something compact and affordable and this fit nicely under the counter where we had removed a cabinet. We've only been using it for a month and are currently in our slow season so once spring break rolls around and the demand for ice increases I will try to come back and give an update.As I said, we have only been using our machine for about a month and we love it! I purchased this for my home bar, wow this thing is awesome. I’m making 88 lbs in 24 hours and the 22 lbs is nice to have on hand. I’ve actually am using it now to back and store and sell ice. Very nice machine.

I love this ice machine it works as described and has an affordable price which makes the product so much more desirable. The customer service is fantastic and professional. I highly recommend it to all.

Great ice maker...easy hook up and not noisy at all. For the price its well worth it. Makes ice real fast and ive had no issues with the machine so far.

I absolutely love this ice maker it has been a beast! It has been more that adequate for my family and our home! Little noisy but expected due to how much ice it makes and it being commercial
