Replaced my big ice maker with this one ND it has performed just as good with plenty of ice when I need it. How ever the only draw back is if the power is interrupted for any length of time you have to restart it. It will not start back on its own and when you need ice you wil notice it's gone because power went off just for a min..

Poor performance for the money...purchase was to back up and provide 10 lbs and hour...did not work well

Use it everyday and works good. Set on 10 mins and the ice is perfect

Great ice machine! Makes ice super quick! We usually turn it off during the winter, we just fired it up again since it’s starting to get hot in February, makes ice every 22 minutes

I had one that was a big manufacturers name brand and it broke down, so I ordered this at less than half the cost of the previous one, it works better and faster, and it has an interior light which wasn't a feature of the more expensive one

I like the machine however i do not like that it is already rusting in multiple places on the outside. Odd since it has only been in my house since it got here. Will see how long it lasts before the rust gets into the bin and I have to junk it. That will not make me happy.

It works great at making ice, controls could be simpler & it is entirely too loud. I bought it to replace ice makers in my freezers but is too noisey to run all the time I only use to make bulk ice for parties etc. Still worth having to me.

I have sent several emails that vivor has acknowledged about sending the incorrect product I ordered an ice maker I received an ice container that does not make ice they were supposed to send me another one still have not there's no phone number to get a hold of anybody and now I'm sitting with a $300 icebox that does no good

This industrial Ice Maker was perfect for our in home use. Produces Ice at a fast pace and has an automatic shut off feature. Couldn't have asked for more!

Works as it should. Produces more ice than i need. It works good. Almost small enough to fit on the counter. Perfect for a four person household.
